These images of yesterday's insane sunrise in
#Pittsburgh were captured only one minute apart. The difference is the first is only a 15 second exposure, while the second is 182 seconds, shot using a 5 stop neutral density filter. This helps gives the clouds a much smoother look.pic.twitter.com/Ymy7ktopQ2
Holy pierogi, what a sunrise in
#Pittsburgh today. The color in the sky seemed to last forever, and it was so much fun to capture. I slowed the shutter in this view just a tad to add some blur to the incline under that incredible sky, and love the result.
So many more to come.pic.twitter.com/mXsUs52TkQ
The color wasn't the only incredible thing about sunrise in
#Pittsburgh this morning. It was amazing just how long that color stuck around. I had time to make it from Mt. Washington to the North Shore to capture this view of the Mr. Rogers statue while the sky was still lit up.pic.twitter.com/y8ul54Pryr
